  • We currently ship across all states in India.

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Tamil Nadu & Nearby States: 2–5 business days

  • Other States in India: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier delays, or festive seasons.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping fee of ₹50–₹150 applies depending on the product size/weight.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via SMS/WhatsApp/email.

  • Customers can track their orders online until delivery.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, courier service issues, or unforeseen events.

  • If an order is undeliverable due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
